What do you need for a perfect summer afternoon? A lake, sunny weather and people you like. What should also not be missed? Cold beer and a camera. With my co-workers I went sailing at lake Mondsee in Upper Austria. I thought this is the perfect day to give my Lomography La Sardina camera a very first try.
My La Sardina had to spend quite some time in her box before I got her out, customized the case and shot my first roll of film. Sadly I don’t live nearby the sea but luckily, we have some nice lakes here in Upper Austria. One of my co-workers knows how to sail a boat so the whole team decided to spend an afternoon at lake Mondsee, working hard – on our tan.
A day at the lake with the La Sardina
I loaded the camera with a roll of Kodak Gold 200 and I think they are a good match. Sometimes I found it hard to set the focus right but whatever, it’s supposed to be crappy sometimes when you do Lomography, right? At least that’s what I tell myself.
